ABOUT
ARTIST.ACTIVIST.EDUCATOR
Pinky Killacorn is more than a performer; she’s a cultural force. A proud Washingtonian, Pinky blends DC's iconic Go-Go with soul, R&B, and hip-hop to create a sound she calls Go-Go soul-hop. Her work celebrates Black femininity, freedom, and LGBTQ+ identity in empowering and accessible ways.
Beyond the stage, Pinky is a dedicated teaching artist and community builder. She has worked with schools, including KIPP Legacy and Randle Highlands Elementary, and partnered with organizations such as The Musicianship and the DC Public Library. Her mission is to use music and storytelling as powerful tools for healing, learning, and joy.
